The work of the Herrero Bodega begins in the field, work done by 3 brothers…healthy, hard-working people who love and enjoy their vineyard; once in the cellar the grape needs transformation; state-of-the-art machinery, quality in the treatment and know-how in the elaboration are put by the 3 HERRERO brothers; the selection of the best musts, the control in the fermentation of the wines and the search for excellence in organoleptic criteria allow us to offer a range of wines of the highest quality.

Viticulture
Organic Farming. The Herrero Rueda character is defined by three elements: the Verdejo grape, indigenous to the area, the continental climate and gravelly soils.
Viniculture
Stainless-steel fermentation via selected yeast from the property. The aroma and flavor of Verdejo has hints of fresh cut grass, tropical fruit, and excellent acidity. The mouthfeel is noticeable for its volume and its characteristic bitter almond, a flash of originality in the mouth, accompanied by green pear, fresh apple notes.
