10% Clairette
10% Bourboulenc

Terroir :

Rolled “galet” stones on top of clay and sandy soil. Hillside vineyard, situated on the block “Cabrieres” on the north side of Châteauneuf-du-Pape.

Vinification :

Manually harvested and special berries selection. Fast pressed, the juice ferments in vat at 63ºF for more than 15 days. Aged in vat upon fine sediment. Bottled in the spring.
