32 hl/ha

Terroir :

Round smooth pebbles, clay and sand.
Sloping vineyard, located in the area of Cabrieres, north of Chateauneuf-du-Pape Appelation Controlee.

Vinification :

Exclusively hand-picked, hand-selected and stemmed grapes 20 to 25 days of
fermentation.
Aged in vats, and then in casks from June during one year.
Bottled after 2 or 3 years.

Winemaker’s Advice :

Great wine for ageing (10 years) to taste within 2-3 years. Served at 16°C.
